At Beyours, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Free Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
  • Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
  • In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
  • Second-Time Return: Refunds will be issued as store credit only. For exchanges, a ₹149 fee applies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit - Return & exchange page
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner. 
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Absolutely loved the knitted shirts from BEYOURS! The fit is perfect & they genuinely look so good on me — I get compliments almost every time I wear them. The fabric feels premium, super comfortable, & gives such a classy look.

I honestly loved them so much that I ended up buying almost all the colours because every shade looks amazing. Switching to knitted shirts was truly the best decision I made in 2025.

Just one small suggestion: I’d really appreciate it if BEYOURS could improve the colour retention, because after a few washes the colour starts fading slightly. Apart from that, everything is top-notch & I would definitely keep buying & recommending them. "
