How it works

Raise the request from our returns portal — start a return or exchange here. We schedule the reverse pickup, run a quality check, and process the refund or exchange from there — you do not need to arrange a courier yourself.

Terms & conditions

• Request within 10 days of delivery
• Product must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
• Returning one cargo from a pack forfeits the pack price — the one you keep is charged at its single-piece rate of ₹1,690
• Prepaid orders: a ₹149 return handling charge is deducted automatically from the refund
• Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method, less that charge
• COD orders: refund as store credit or exchange
• Refunds reflect in 3–7 business days
