Return & Exchange Policy
- Free Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
- Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
- COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
- In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
- Second-Time Return: Refunds will be issued as store credit only. For exchanges, a ₹149 fee applies.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Visit - Return & exchange page
- Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
