Returns & Exchanges
10 days to return or exchange, from the day your order is delivered. Refunds and exchanges initiated the moment your order is picked up — no waiting for inspection.
On regular orders: Exchange? Free. Return for store credit? Free. Want the money back on your card or UPI? Flat ₹149 per order — that's the only fee, no matter how many items.
On bundle orders (3 for ₹1,999, etc.): Flat ₹199 per order on exchanges and returns. Bundles are already priced low, so this keeps the deal sustainable.
The basics
COD orders → exchange or store credit only (refund to source isn't available on COD)
Shipping isn't refundable, unless we got the order wrong
Changed your mind twice? Second return goes as store credit. Second exchange has a ₹149 fee.
Got something damaged or wrong? Send us a photo or video within 2 days. We'll replace or refund — no fee, no fuss.
Hand the item to our courier — refund or exchange initiate immediately.
Refunds reflect in your account within 3–7 business days (bank-side, not us). Stuck? support@beyours.in.

Cloth material was good. But, stitching of buttons was not good and I got one button broken.

Everything is on point, very good quality and design with unique colours but one thing is kinda okish is size is not same as M for different shirts fits different
