Return & Exchange Policy

Free Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
Second-Time Return: Refunds will be issued as store credit only. For exchanges, a ₹149 fee applies.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Am a doctors since the last three decades and like to dress smartly and lookbright! This shirt i bought yesterday and wore in the hospital today was justperfect!

Shirt quality and fit

The texture of the shirt and as well as the fitting was very good and the color was top notch!!

Good but need some work

The quality is good, the shine and material is great, it's just that the buttons have thread coming out of them so I have to stitch them back at home.
