Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
The first exchange is free.
Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.

Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).

If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@beyours.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
