At Beyours, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Free Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
Second-Time Return: Refunds will be issued as store credit only. For exchanges, a ₹149 fee applies.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.
