Returns and Exchange:

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
  • The first exchange is free.
  • Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.

 Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).

Cancellation: 

Pre-dispatch

If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post dispatch

Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Please Note: 

  • If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@beyours.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.

      Hands down the best hoodie I have owned so far and when say it's best then let me tell why it's the best I have ever had. It's been a year since I'm wearing this hoodie and it is still the same as new one. The quality is by far too notch so much better than those expensive brands, I once got a oil stain of food on the hoodie which I didn't wash for 3 days means the stain was on my white hoodie for 3 days and I have white smoky hoodie so it's pretty obvious that a stain might stay forever but trust me one wash and it was gone. And now you might think I did dry clean or used easy NO, I certainly did not I just washed it with detergent and in WASHING MACHINE and still after that it's brand new and the stain vanished like it never existed and for a year I have been washing it in washing machine only and STILL THERE IS NO COTTON WOOL ON the hoodie not even a tiniest wool. So trust me when I say this is the best hoodie I have ever owned. I want to buy their black one too I hope itsl comes in stock soon.

      The product quality is very nice. The color is fairly new.
      The fit could have been better . The Tummy region and after that going down it's more loose than expected.
