On regular orders: Exchange? Free. Return for store credit? Free. Want the money back on your card or UPI? Flat ₹149 per order — that's the only fee, no matter how many items.

On bundle orders (3 for ₹1,999, etc.): Flat ₹199 per order on exchanges and returns. Bundles are already priced low, so this keeps the deal sustainable.

I was skeptical as there are lots of Instagram Sellers who are visually appealing but far from reality. But the risk paid off.
