Returns and Exchange:

Exchange Policy

• Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
• The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.
• Black Friday Sale - Orders are available for Free replacement only.
• Sale products (Marked as 'Final sale' or 'Once a year sale') are eligible for exchange (As per availability) at a cost of Rs.149 per order.
• Products on clearance sale are not eligible for return or replacement.

 Return Policy:

• We offer a 10-day return policy for your convenience. If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
• Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds, while COD orders qualify for store credits and gift card. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order within one year from the date of issuance.
• A fee of Rs.149 will be charged if a customer returns an item after an exchange.
• Sale products (Marked as 'Final sale' or 'Black friday sale' or 'Once a year sale') are non-refundable and may only be returned for store credit; however, replacements are available.
• Products on clearance sale are not eligible for return or replacement.

Cancellation: 

Pre-dispatch

If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post dispatch

Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Please Note: 

• All claims require an unboxing video of the product upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their Beyours product upon delivery.

• If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@beyours.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
• Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
