Cancellation, Return & Replacement

Cancellation: 

Pre-dispatch

If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post dispatch

Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Returns and Exchange:

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for all products except clearance sale products.
  • Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
  • The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.
  • Sale products (marked as FINAL SALE) are eligible for exchange at a cost of Rs.99 per item.
  • Clearance sale products are not eligible for exchange.

 Return Policy:

  • We offer a 10-day return policy for your convenience. If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds, while COD orders qualify for store credits only. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order within one year from the date of issuance.
  • Sale products (marked as FINAL SALE) are non-refundable; however, replacements are available.
  • Clearance sale products are non-refundable.

Please Note: 

  • All claims require an unboxing video of the product upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their Beyours product upon delivery.

  • If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@beyours.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
