10 days to return or exchange, from the day your order is delivered. Refunds and exchanges initiated the moment your order is picked up — no waiting for inspection.

On regular orders: Exchange? Free. Return for store credit? Free. Want the money back on your card or UPI? Flat ₹149 per order — that's the only fee, no matter how many items.

On bundle orders (3 for ₹1,999, etc.): Flat ₹199 per order on exchanges and returns. Bundles are already priced low, so this keeps the deal sustainable.

  • COD orders → exchange or store credit only (refund to source isn't available on COD)
  • Shipping isn't refundable, unless we got the order wrong

Changed your mind twice? Second return goes as store credit. Second exchange has a ₹149 fee.

Got something damaged or wrong? Send us a photo or video within 2 days. We'll replace or refund — no fee, no fuss.

"Really love the material on this Beyours shirt! It feels premium. Just a heads up on the cream color: it has a bit of a khaki undertone to it. The only reason I'm dropping a star is that the overall fit could be improved. Overall, a very good shirt if fabric quality is your main priority."

I bought this shirt in white. The quality of fabric is top notch. As is the fit. The shirt falls well, and the collar is especially well made. The fold on the sleeve gives a relaxed casual but premium look. Overall, was very happy with the purchase and will be buying the same shirt in the other colors as well.
