At Beyours, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Free Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
  • Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
  • In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
  • Second-Time Return: Refunds will be issued as store credit only. For exchanges, a ₹149 fee applies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit - Return & exchange page
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner. 
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

This is by far my most favourite jeans it fits perfectly colour is nice material is so soft stretchable and nice only thing that I found a bit off is that the colours are a bit on the lighter side as compared to the photos just a little bit other than that it's an amazing jeans

Amazing Jeans!!

I was searching for straight-fit jeans for a long time, and then these got dropped.
I immediately ordered one. The fit on this is perfect! and they look great as well. Also ordered one more of a different color after using the first pair
