Exchange / Replacement

We do offer 10 days Replacement for all products.

1 - Customer needs to fill the form for replacement here with all required details

2 - The exchange request usually get processed within 2 business days.

We call the customer if:

-In case the replacement products are not available

-In case the replacement product is of higher price

3 - The reverse pickup is scheduled for next 2-3 business days.

In case the pincode is not serviceable - Customer needs to ship the product to our office address. ( Rs. 99 shall be paid to customer in this case )

4 - Once the product gets picked, We ship the replacement products to customer's desired address within 2 days of pickup. Usually gets delivered within 4-8 days depending on location.

Note : - The whole process usually takes 10 to 15 days.

Replacement is available on all order whether it is COD/Prepaid .

Replacement is chargeable at Rs.99 per product if they are on clearance sale.

Second time replacement is chargeable on both COD/Prepaid orders at Rs. 150

We usually ship the desired products within 2 business days after the return pickup and it takes 4 to 8 days to deliver the replaced shipment, depending on the location.

If you have been unable to get your package ready in time, you do not need to cancel the pickup. You can request it again with your availability time.

Return / Refund

We do offer 10 days Return for all Prepaid order except which are on clearance sale.

1 - Customer needs to fill the form for return here with all required details

2 - The reverse pickup is scheduled for next 2-3 business days.

In case the pincode is not serviceable - Customer needs to ship the product to our office address. ( Rs. 99 shall be paid to customer in this case )

3 - After pickup, It usually takes 6 to 10 days to get the reverse shipment at our warehouse.

4 - Once we recieve the reverse shipment, it gets inspected & processed for refund. It takes 2 business days to do prcess to inspect & refund . Refund will get reflect in your source account from which you have made the payment.

5 - Usually the refund gets settled within 48 hours, but it may take upto 7 days depending on the bank's process.

Note : - The whole process usually takes 10 to 15 days.

Usually the reverse shipment takes 6-10 days to arrive at our warehouse, then it takes next 2 business days to inspect the shipment & to initiate the refund.

Once we inspect, we immediately process refund, which usually reflects in your source account within 48 hours to 7 days.

Pre-order means, ordering an item which is in making/production & yet to be finished.

Sometimes, We make some of our product available on pre order so that early customers can book their favourite item. And the best part is, they get some discount on pre-order as well.

Payment Queries

Yes, We have partnered with Snapmint ( Payment provider ) , Which let's you pay the order price in EMI's.

you just need to pay 1/4th of the order price initially, then the rest amount will be collected monthly EMI ( 3 months )

We do not charge anything, It's completely FREE !! ✌

Yes, You can use Razorpay ( Payment gateway ) for international trnasactions in checkout. We do not charge anything, It's completely FREE !!

You may contact your bank if the amount is debited and the order is not placed or You can get in touch with us and share the below details:
-Amount that got debited.
-The email id you would’ve used to place the order.
-Approximate time at which the amount was debited.

Sometimes, these issues happen while placing an order due to network or technical glitches. Your amount gets debited but the order didn't get placed.

The solution is - to get in touch with us and share the below details:

- Amount that got debited.
- The email id you would’ve used to place the order.
- Approximate time at which the amount was debited.

We do not have wallet feature as of now, If you have some amount retained with us ( During previous replacement ) , Mail us your next order details, we will adjust and share you the payment link.

Shipping and delivery

Usually, order takes 24 hours to ship from our warehouse and then delivery duration depends on the location.

Metro's takes - 2 to 3 days
two tier cities takes - 3-4 days
three tier cities and towns takes - 5-7 days

These are a usual durations, Sometimes unexpected situations make it delay.

Early deliveries are chargeable at Rs.99 per 1 Kg.
